Nancy E. EnglishNancy E. English, 86, of Pierceton, passed away Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, at 1 p.m. in her residence.
She was born March 31, 1935, in Columbia City, to Maynard and Mary Langohr Spann. Nancy was united in marriage to Dee English in Columbia City on Dec. 11, 1954. Dee preceded her in death on Dec. 13, 2006.
Nancy was a licensed practical nurse serving with Parkview Health until her retirement in 2011.
Nancy is survived by her daughters: Joni English Hire, of Pierceton; and Toni English, of North Webster. Also surviving are her brother, Max Spann, of Benson, Ariz.; and grandchildren: Travis Spangler, of Pierceton; and Lauren Hire, of Fort Wayne.
Bob Jarboe will officiate a celebration of Nancy’s life on Saturday, Dec. 18 in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with visitation from 12 to 1 p.m. with a memorial service immediately following.
