Nancy Carder, age 76, died Oct. 9, 2026, at Miller’s Merry Manor of Warsaw.
Nancy was born on June 11, 1950, to Charles and Alice Katherine Snyder Carder, in Marion.
Nancy was known as a devoted and dependable person who approached life with care and a willingness to help. She was a hard worker, working as an inspector at multiple manufacturing companies during her career.
As a devout Christian, she attended the First United Methodist Church, and her faith was an important part of who she was. Those who knew her will remember her as a good family member who would do anything for anyone. She also found great enjoyment in the things she loved most. Nancy loved sports and was active in playing both tennis and golf. She also had a special love for dogs and horses, interests that reflected her energy and affection for animals.
Nancy is survived by her brother, David (Rhea) Carder; her sister, Martha Hardesty; and her nephew, Seth Hardesty. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Kathy Carder. She will be deeply missed by her family and by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
The memorial service for Nancy will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 179 S. Indiana St., Warsaw. Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Warsaw have been entrusted with Nancy’s care.
