Nancy Ann Morgan, 49, of Warsaw, died at 5:07 a.m. Dec. 16, 2011, in Visiting Nurse and Hospice, Fort Wayne. She was born Jan. 16, 1962, in Chicago, Ill., to John and Paulette Lewandowski Orzechowski, who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and was always sweet, warm hearted and enjoyed caring for others. Surviving are two daughters, Jennifer (and spouse Jerad) Adair and Michelle Martinez, all of Warsaw; a son, Martin Mulder, Warsaw; eight grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Orzechowski, Columbia City. A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Burial will be at a later date in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Chicago.
