You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the Kosciusko County Circuit Court under Cause No. 43C01-2404-MI-48 whereby Petitioner Cortney Spooner has requested that Masyn Cole Martin’s name be changed to Masyn Cole Spooner. Said Petition was filed on April 24, 2024. Any person objecting to said name change should appear at the hearing and file written objections thereto.
Hearing in this cause will be conducted before the Kosciusko County Circuit Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building at 121 N Lake Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 on the 21st day of June, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock a.m. Should you fail to appear the matter may be heard and determined in your absence.
