NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jesse DeTurk, B/N/F/ Carrie DeTurk, 119 North Walnut Street, Burket, Indiana 46508 has filed a Verified Petition for Change of Name with the Kosciusko Circuit Court on the 26th day of December, 2018.
The Verified Petition requests that he change his name from Jesse Brant DeTurk to Jesse James Montague.
The Verified Petition filed with the Court will be heard by the Court on or after thirty days from the date of last publication of this Notice. If you know of any lawful reason that the Petition should not be granted, you should file the same in writing with the Court within that thirty day period.
