School Ave., Silver Lake, Indiana 46982, And, if different, my residence address is: Kosciusko County, Indiana hereby gives notice that William Weldon Miller has filed a petition in the Kosicusko Circuit Court requesting that their name be changed to Brie Ann Miller.
Notice is further given that hearing will be held on said Petition on April 28, 2023 at 8:30 am.
