NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Benjamin David Hire, Petitioner, has filed a Verified Petition for Change of Name in the Kosciusko Circuit Court to change the name of Benjamin David Hire, a/k/a Benjamin David Howell, with said Petition having been filed on the 20th day of September 2018.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Kosciusko Circuit Court has set said Petition for hearing on the 16th day of November, 2018, at 8:30 a.m.,before said Court in the Kosciusko County Justice Building located at 121 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Pursuant to Indiana Code §34-28-2-4, et seq., anyone having an interest in this matter has a right to file an objection to this Petition.
