Notice is hereby given that the Petitioner herein, Matthew R. Powell, parent of a minor child, namely Bryleigh Parker Blocher, has filed a Petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, in the above styled case, requesting that the Kosciusko County Circuit Court changed the name of Bryleigh Parker Blocher to Bryleigh Parker Powell.
This Petition was filed on the 13th day of July, 2017, and will be heard and determined by the Kosciusko Circuit Court on the 20th day of October, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard by the Court.
Any person having an objection to the granting of this Petition may file a written objection with the Court at any time prior to the hearing date, or may appear personally at the hearing to object thereto. In the event that a person fails to appear or fails to file a written objection prior to the hearing date, then said Petition shall be heard and determined by the Court and the prayer thereof granted.
