NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fergennie Lois Slone has filed a Petition in the Kosciusko Circuit Court to change her legal name to Virginia Lois Slone, said Petition having been filed on the 31st day of October, 2022.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Kosciusko Circuit Court has set said Petition for hearing on the 16th day of December, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. before said Court in the Kosciusko County Circuit Court, 121 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
Pursuant to I.C. 34-28-2-3, et seq., anyone having an interest in this matter has a right to file an objection to this Petition and to appear at the hearing.
