Myrna R. Stout, 72, died at 4:02 p.m. Jan. 20, 2014, in her daughter’s Warsaw home.
She was born June 5, 1941, in Muncie, to Merrill and Norma Watson Richman. On March 16, 1962, in Anderson, she married Farrell “Butch” Stout, who survives in Warsaw.
She is a 1960 graduate of Madison Heights High School and Apex Beauty School, both in Anderson. She moved to the Warsaw area in May 2011 from Yorktown. She was a licensed beautician for 54 years. She was a seamstress, enjoyed woodworking and was an artisan in stained glass. She enjoyed her cats, NASCAR, listening to country music and watching the Colts play; but most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are two daughters, Lorrie Stout and Deb Meyer, both of Warsaw; a son, Dennis Stout, Brownsburg; a brother, Jim (and spouse Nikki) Richman, Pendleton; five granddaughters: Ashley (and spouse Chris) VanDurmen, and Megan Gunter, all of Warsaw; Danielle Meyer, Stow, Ohio; Alison (and spouse Justin) Reynolds, Fort Wayne; and Emily (and spouse Chris) Janda, Greenfield; two great-grandsons, Jacoby and Silas; two great-granddaughters, MaryJane and Eden; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Richman, who died May 25, 2006; her father, Merrill Richman, who died Jan. 11, 2007; and a brother, Earl Wayne Richman, who died July 28, 1994.
Services will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, with Pastor David Cripe, New Hope Freewill Baptist Church, Warsaw, officiating.
Calling is from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
