PIERCETON - Whether you like to pick it, sing it, or listen to it, if old-time music is your thing, join the new monthly jam starting this weekend in Pierceton.
All kinds of acoustic stringed instruments are welcome - guitar, fiddle, banjo, autoharp, dulcimer - and it doesn't matter if you are amateur or professional. Jams are just for fun and fellowship with other musicians.
The first "Blue Lion Jam" will be held this Sunday at the Blue Lion Coffeehouse, 105 W. Market St., Pierceton, from 1 to 4 p.m., and will be held on the third Sunday of each month at the same time.
