Museum In Mentone Schedules A Helicopter Fly-In Oct. 2

MENTONE - Lawrence D. Bell Aircraft Museum Inc. is hosting a helicopter fly-in Oct. 2 at the museum, 210 S. Oak St., Mentone.
The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., weather permitting.
The public is invited to have a close look at many different kinds of helicopters on the site.
Helicopter rides will be available for $40 per person, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the museum.
Bell Aircraft Museum will be open for tours. Donations for the tours are welcome.
Pulled pork and hot dog sandwiches, as well as other food items, will be for sale.
The purpose for this attraction is to raise awareness of the Bell Aircraft Museum, increase membership and funding and promote preservation of Aviation History.
Goshen Helicopter Inc. and the Goshen Air Center Inc. are sponsors of this activity.
