MILFORD – Shelley Murphy has been named a customer fulfillment representative for the PigTek® Pig Equipment Group, according to Joe Holland, controller and operations manager for the CTB Inc. business unit.
Murphy will be responsible for providing inside sales support for established distributor and customer accounts for PigTek’s Milford location. She also will be actively involved with the implementation of the company’s e-commerce Website for distributors and builders serving the pig industry.
Murphy also will assist with coordinating production planning for PigTek’s Milford manufacturing location as well as working with PigTek’s European offices. She brings 12 years of experience in customer service, inside sales and project management to her new position.
She has earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, as well as a master’s degree from Indiana University, South Bend.
A native of Nappanee, she continues to reside there.
