NORTH MANCHESTER - Murel Edward Sharp, 56, of Laketon, died at 12:56 a.m. Dec. 4, 2007, in Wabash County Hospital.
He was born April 4, 1951, in Delta, Colo., to Homer Andrew and Verla Kettle Sharp. On Jan. 30, 1977, he married Mary A. Shelton, who survives.
He was a member of Christian Fellowship Church, North Manchester.
Also surviving are three sons: Raymond, Brandon and Kyle Sharp, all of Laketon; his mother, Verla Sharp, Colorado; a brother, Chuck Sharp, Wabash; and a sister, Charlotte Wells, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Christian Fellowship Church, North Manchester, with Pastor Eddie Akins officiating. Burial will be in Laketon Cemetery.
Calling is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and two hours prior to the service Friday at the church.
