State Treasurer Richard Murdock will be the featured speaker at the Kosciusko County Republican party's annual hall of fame dinner.The dinner is Thursday at 7 p.m. at Noa Noa Restaurant, 310 Eastlake Drive. A mingle session will be from 6:30 to 7 p.m.
