A pretrial hearing in the murder case against Jason Fisher has been rescheduled from Feb. 1 to 11 a.m. Friday.
Fisher, 23, of Millersburg, also is seeking to be released from custody on bond. He has been in the Kosciusko County Jail since his arrest last January for the shooting death of Kathy Vroman, 48, of Milford.
Earlier this month, Fisher's father, Ralph Freddrick Fisher, 47, of Goshen, was charged with murder in the case. The charges against Ralph Fisher are based on statements made by his son.
Kosciusko County Prosecutor Charles Waggoner has not made any public comment as to how the elder Fisher's arrest will affect the younger Fisher's case.
Michael Miner of Warsaw is Jason Fisher's court-appointed attorney in the case.
