City of Warsaw Department of Public Works is extending its mulch and compost giveaway. The giveaway will be Saturdays Oct. 31, Nov. 7, 14 and 21. People who want compost are advised to bring their trailers, dump trucks, trucks, or containers to West Center Street, inside Boggs Industrial Park, and public works employees will load it.
