Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Sacred Heart School kindergarten classes recently had a visit from ‘Mother Earth’ (Shelly Heckert) from the Kosciusko County Recycling Department.
Students had the opportunity to sort items attached to Mother Earth’s dress and decide whether or not the item could be recycled. The lesson was an introduction to Earth Day, April 22.
Pictured are Mother Earth (Heckert) and Thomas Solloway.
