Robert Harold Moser, 23, of 1565 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on $20,000 bond after surrendering to authorities Tuesday.
Moser is charged with aggravated battery in connection with a Saturday incident involving his estranged girlfriend. He turned himself in at the jail Tuesday evening.
Tohnya L. Miner, 27, of Atwood suffered several broken ribs, one broken and two fractured vertebrae and a partially collapsed lung after Moser allegedly beat her with a post from a canopy bed and kicked her.
