Martin and Faith Moser announce the engagement of their daughter, Melanie Joy Moser, Ligonier, to Thomas Donald Conley, Warsaw. His parents are Brad and Tina Kincaide, Terry Conley and Ann Fluharty.
The bride-to-be graduated from West Noble High School in 2005, and Grace College in 2009, with a degree in elementary education. She recently was employed by Lincoln Elementary School as a first grade teacher.
The groom-elect graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2005, and works at Biomet.
The couple plan a July 25 wedding at Stones Hill Community Church, Ligonier.
