Mona Louise DrummNORTH WEBSTER – Mona Louise Drumm, 80, of Warsaw, passed away at 2:01 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 22, 2019, at her home.
She was born on July 23, 1939, in Salt Lick, Ky., to Clinton Clayton and Bessie Marie Triplett Bowling.
She attended high school in Cadiz and was married on July 18, 1959, in New Castle, to John Mark Drumm Jr., who preceded her on June 15, 2005. She was a homemaker and a former waitress in Muncie. She moved from Kentucky to Indiana in 1943 and lived in New Castle before moving to the North Webster/Warsaw area in the 1950s.
She is a member of the Dutchtown Church of the Brethren in Warsaw.
She is survived by two daughters, Teresa Jane (Ray) Hathaway, of Pierceton; and Penny (J.D.) Eash, of Goshen; son, Scott (Dana) Drumm, of Claypool; two grandchildren: Cory Drumm and Misty Goon; two great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; a sister, Wanda (Mike) Reiff, of Warsaw; three brothers: Euell (Freda) Bowling, of Springport; Denny (Lucinda) Bowling, of North Webster; and Sam (Sandy) Bowling, of Pierceton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Dempsy Bowling; and two brothers, Huey and Joe Bowling.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28 in the funeral home with Pastor Jack Worth officiating. Burial will take place in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
