Robert W. and Wilma D. Mock, summer residents of Warsaw, will mark their 60th wedding anniversary Feb. 11, 2009. The couple were married Feb. 11, 1949, at the North Webster Methodist Church with the Rev. James Rhine officiating.
He was a self-employed plumber for 14 years and a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local No. 278 and No. 166 for 30 years. She was a bookkeeper at Warsaw Community Schools for 15 years and a Lake City Bank teller for nine years.
The couple have three children: Max A. (and spouse Sue) Mock and Linda (and spouse Jon) Smith, all of Warsaw, and Lana Mock, Dallas, Texas. They have five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The couple celebrated the anniversary with a reception at the Alamo Country Club, Alamo, Texas. Cards may be sent to the couple at 217 Diana Drive, Alamo, TX 78516.
