NORTH MANCHESTER – Mitchel Collins, 73, Claypool, died at 4:50 p.m. Dec. 31, 2015, in Select Specialty Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born Nov. 22, 1942, in Rensselaer, to Sam Collins and Cloria Conley. On Oct. 5, 1963, he married Evelyn F. Taylor, who survives. He served in the Army during Vietnam. No service is planned.
