A drug bust took place downtown Warsaw on Main Street Wednesday after a Warsaw Police officer stopped a vehicle that was reported missing.
WPD Public Information Officer Ryan Coble said that during the traffic stop a woman, Sheena Marie Spears, 27, of 604 E. Sycamore St., #143, Silver Lake, was detained for unauthorized control of a vehicle.
Police found drug paraphernalia inside with the help of a K9. The paraphernalia allegedly contained methamphetamine.
Once Spears was taken to Kosciusko County Jail for unauthorized control of a vehicle and possession of paraphernalia, a plastic baggie containing meth was found in her possession.
She was booked on a charge of possession of meth, and her preliminary bond was set at $5,250.
