Editor, Times-Union: Over 4 million people marched for unity this past weekend in Paris. The war on terror is very much alive. The entire world is in the bull’s eye. Marching were the prime ministers of Israel and Palestine together! Prime ministers, presidents of France, Germany, Australia to name a few. More people rallied over the weekend than did when the Nazis were driven from Paris in World War II. There were no higher-level U.S. officials in attendance! Why? Well, they were safe and sound in their beds in the United States. No guts! No glory! Linda Torpy Claypool
