AKRON - Miriam D. Drudge, 91, of 411 N. Johnson St., Akron, died at 10:36 p.m. July 15, 2007, in Life Care Center, Rochester.
She was born July 24, 1915, in Wabash County, to Frank and Ruth Ohm Dershem. In 1952, she married Adolph Mitchell, who died in 1970. In 1983, she married Gordon Drudge, who died in 1988.
She was a beautician for 55 years. She was a member of Akron United Methodist Church and graduated from Akron High School and beauty college in Lima, Ohio.
Surviving are two daughters, Priscilla Slone, Silver Lake, and Mrs. Jack (Hannah) Nolen, Rochester; and a grandson. She was preceded in death by two brothers, twin sisters and a grandson.
A private family service will be today. Burial will be in Roann Community Cemetery.
No calling is planned.
