BREMEN - Minnie Ellen Bennitt, 86, of Bremen, died Oct. 8, 2008, in her residence.
She was born Feb. 18, 1922, in New Carlisle, to Merle and Dorothy Miller Stombaugh. On Nov. 1, 1941, she married Paul Bennitt, who died June 10, 2000.
Surviving are four daughters, including Barb (and spouse Nick) Kintzel, Warsaw; two sons; 23 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and five sisters. She was preceded in death by a son, three brothers and three sisters.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen, with Pastor Gary Hinkle officiating. Burial will be in Bremen Cemetery.
Calling is from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
