Millers Set To Appear On WNIT's 'Dinner And A Book'

Dr. Dane Miller and his wife, Mary Louise, will be the co-hosts for Saturday's "Dinner and a Book" program on WNIT.
The program, airing at 10:30 a.m. with host Gail Martin, will talk about the book "Maverick CEO: Dane Miller and the story of Biomet". The book was written by Patrick Kavanaugh.
Miller said Thursday that the recipes used in the show are some of the same recipes he, his wife and daughters, Kim VanSessen and Stephanie Mullen, contributed to the cookbook "Just Peachy".
"It was a lot of fun," said Miller. "There was no script. We just kinda winged it."
Two of the recipes, a lobster pasta dish and cheese fondue, required some white wine to be used. The couple used a Pinot Grigio, made by 45 North Wine, which is owned and operated by local Dr. Steve Grossnickle and his family."Dinner and a Book" airs Saturday mornings at 10:30 a.m. and repeats the following Monday at 5:30 p.m.
The program is co-produced by Gail Martin and Angel Hernandez, WNIT's vice president of production.
