MILFORD - Thirteen people attended the low-fat desserts program on April 30 at the Milford Public Library.

Joan Younce, from the Kosciusko County Purdue Extension office, presented a program filled with easy, low-fat recipes. Door prizes were won by Cassie Frantz, Nancy Levernier and Shirley Pitney. Everyone enjoyed sampling easy sugar cookie tarts, pistachio-pineapple pudding, sugar crusted chocolate strawberry shortcake and key lime pie. The next nutrition program, Stir-frys, will be in September.
