Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Milford Public Library of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the Library Board will meet at the Milford Public Library on April 19 at 5:00 pm for the purpose of considering a proposal to establish a Library Capital Projects Fund and a proposed plan under IC 36-12-2.
