A Milford man was arrested Tuesday morning for allegedly molesting a child in 2005.
Jason Clark, 30, of 208 James St., Milford, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 10:14 a.m. Tuesday on one count of child molesting. His bond was set at $5,000.Clark was arrested on a warrant issued by the Warsaw Police Department. Clark is accused of molesting a 5-year-old girl inside the Warsaw city limits in 2005.
The girl was living in Warsaw at the time of the alleged incident, and Clark reportedly was dating the girl's mother.
According to Det. Brian Sherwin of the Warsaw Police Department, the molestation reportedly occurred in the child's home while her mother was gone.
If convicted, this would be Clark's second offense. He was convicted of child molesting in Noble County May 17, 1999. Clark molested a 13-year-old girl when he was 18. He was sentenced to 12 years in jail with six suspended for the offense.
