A Milford man accused of molesting a child under age 14 is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on $100,000 bond.
Bernard Leroy Cannon, 62, of 307 Fourth St., was booked into the jail at 12:08 a.m. Saturday after police served a warrant for his arrest.
Cannon, who appeared in Kosciusko Circuit Court for an initial hearing this morning, is seeking a reduction in his bond and asked that a public defender be appointed to represent him.
Officials said the investigation in this case continues.
