MILFORD – Scott P. Wippel, 48, of 778 E. Mock Road, Milford, was arrested Saturday when he threatened to kill two others with a deadly weapon, a level 5 felony. Wippel was arrested Saturday at 2:04 a.m. Wippel threatened his wife and another individual with a Turkey Samurai sword, according to a probable cause affidavit. Wippel touched the sword to his wife’s neck and stomach and said he would kill her if she called the police. His wife was able to contact police and said she was afraid if he got out of jail, he would certainly kill her. A child said screaming and threatening could be heard from the bedroom. Wippel was arrested on a bond of $4,000.
