MILFORD – On Monday morning, Kent Flannery, 31, 104 N. Elm St., Milford, was arrested on child molestation charges.
According to the probable cause affidavit, on Thursday a Milford woman was having her 7-year-old daughter checked for molestation at Goshen General Hospital. At that time a Milford Police Department officer met with the woman and spoke to her.
She said that she walked into a bedroom at home and saw her daughter and a boy with their pants down. Her daughter said that they were having private time where they shared special kisses. The daughter then said she had this time with Flannery as well.
Child Protective Services was called and talked to the young girl. The girl described graphic acts that Flannery committed.
Saturday, MPD officers spoke with Flannery who admitted he had been sexually involved with the young girl since 2008. He informed the officers that the last time he had sexual relations with the girl was the last week of September.
Flannery also admitted to engaging in certain graphic acts with the girl.
Flannery is being held at the Kosciusko County Jail on $20,000 bond.
