NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Milford Town Council in Milford, IN will receive sealed bids on July 11, 2011, until the hour of 5:00 p.m. at the Clerk Treasurer's Office 121 S Main Street for the purchase of a diesel truck with an Allison automatic transmission. Should be low profile under CDL with a ten foot dump bed. Bid should include stainless steel salt box and a ten foot Boss blade. No air brakes. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:00 p.m. during the regular Council meeting at 121 S. Main Street. Specifications for said truck may be obtained at the Clerk Treasurer's Office 121 S. Main Street, Milford, IN 46542. No bid shall be withdrawn until 30 days after time of closing for receipt of proposals. Bidders must clearly state delivery of the completed until the purchaser's location. All bids shall include a proposal page and an "exceptions or clarifications page". Bidders must mark "yes/no" columns indicating full compliance or exception.
