MILFORD - Milford Town Council adopted its 2004 budget this morning.
The budget totals $1,078,275 and includes: $545,450 for general fund; $214,925, motor vehicle highway; $50,000, local roads and streets; cumulative capital improvement fund with tax rate, $40,000; cumulative capital improvement, cigarette tax, $20,000; cumulative capital development fund, $20,000; cumulative sewer, $20,000; Economic Development Income Tax, $166,000; and police education fund, $1,900.
Councilmen present were Doug Ruch and Bob Phillips. Not present was John Lehman.
