NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the Town of Milford Junction, Kosciusko, Indiana that the proper legal officers of the Town of Milford Junction at their regular meeting place, 121 S. Main Street, on March 11, 2013 will consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year. Fund Name: Amount General 393 Trash Fund $43,200.00 Tax payers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners. The Board will make written determination as to sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
