NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Town of Milford Junction, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of Town of Milford Junction at their regular meeting place, 121 S. Main Street, on March 12, 2012, will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year. FUND NAME AMOUNT C.E.D.I.T. $200,000 (County Economic Development Income Tax) Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriation as finally made will be referred to the State Board of Tax Commissioners. The Board will make written determination as to sufficiency of funds to support the appropriation made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
