MILFORD - The cause of death of a 25-year-old man is still unknown.
Michael Wilson, of 211 N. East St., Milford, was pronounced dead early Saturday morning at Goshen General Hospital.
EMS responded to a call at Wilson's residence shortly after 3 a.m. Saturday.
John White, Elkhart County coroner, said an autopsy was performed on Wilson and that "no anatomical cause of death" was found. White is still awaiting toxicology results.
