Mildred F. Finlon, age 91, of Warsaw, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019, at 6:43 p.m. in her residence.
Mildred was born on June 23, 1928, in Chicago, Ill., to Vincent and Mary Machowiak Cuprynski. She was married to Lawrence J. Finlon in Chicago, Ill.
She graduated from Bowen High School in Chicago. Mildred was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw. Most importantly, Mildred was a “Mom” to all who knew her.
She is survived by daughter, Kathy (Dennis) Kostro, of Warsaw; and many nieces and nephews. Mildred was preceded in death by daughter, Carol Finlon Sulski; son, Thomas P. Finlon; and siblings, Leonard Cuprynski and Ervis Cuprynski.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, Nov. 15 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. CST at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, Ill.
