Wawasee Pre-selling Tix Wawasee will be pre-selling tickets for Friday’s homecoming football game against Plymouth. Tickets are $6 for kindergarten through adult. This is the homecoming game for Wawasee and kickoff is 7:30pm. Tickets will be available in the athletic office from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and 7:30am until noon Friday. Whitko Pony League LARWILL — Tryouts for the 14 & Under Whitko Pony League Travel baseball team will take place on Oct. 1 at 11 a.m. at the Richland Township Ball Park in Larwill. To be eligible, players must be a students at Whitko Community Schools and not be older than 14 years of age on April 30, 2012. Young Tiger XC Meet Registration forms are currently available for the Young Tigers Cross Country Meet, which will be held Oct. 8 at 1 p.m. Forms may be picked up at the Warsaw Community High School Athletic Office or downloaded at warsaw.k12.in.us/tigers. The co-ed races begin at 1 p.m. with first and second grades running a 1/2K, followed by third and fourth grades (1K) and fifth and sixth grades (2K). The races will be limited to the first 50 registered runners, with registration also opening at noon on the day of the race. Cost is $5 per runner with a family rate of $10 for two or more runners.
