Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a one-vehicle collision at the intersection of CR 200S and Ind. 14 at 12:43 p.m. Wednesday.
The driver, Damian Feller, 33, West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, left the roadway after driving south on CR 200S. Feller had a prescription for Methadone and deputeis took a dug test. The test result is still pending.
The accident is still under investigation by KCSD.
