NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
REGIONAL CHARGING & FUELING INFRASTRUCTURE (CFI) PROJECT
LEVEL 3/DIRECT CURRENT FAST CHARGERS
Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals will be received by the Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) in the office located at 227 W. Jefferson Blvd., 1120 CountyCity Building, South Bend, IN 46601; until 4:00 pm (ET) November 1, 2024, for qualified contractors to provide one (or more) of three CFI funded Level 3 charging stations as outlined in the RFP document.
The RFP may be obtained at www.macog.com/procurement_opportunities.html, in the MACOG office between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (ET) Monday through Friday, by calling 574-287-1829, or by email macogdir@macog.com beginning September 3, 2024. A pre-submission meeting may be held virtually on September 24, 2024, if requested in writing before 4:00 PM (ET) on September 20, 2024. The project is funded by a Federal Highway Administration Charging & Fueling Infrastructure (CFI) program award. Please submit all sealed proposals to the MACOG office, Attn: CFI – Level 3 Request for Proposals, by 4:00 PM, November 1, 2024.
