Michiana Area Council of Governments The Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) has developed a State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2016 - 2019 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). As part of its Public Participation Process, MACOG will offer an Open House from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (ET), Thursday, April 16, 2015, in the MACOG Conference Room (227 W. Jefferson Blvd., Room 1120, South Bend, IN) for public review of the document. The document can be reviewed in full at www.macog.com beginning April 1, 2015. Written comments will be accepted through Thursday, April 30, 2015, at 4:00 PM (ET). Portions of the SFY 2016 – 2019 TIP will be provided to area public libraries by Wednesday, April 1, 2015.
