SFY 2022-2026 Transportation Improvement Program

MACOG has developed a State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2022-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP includes a 5-year program of federally funded road, transit, bicycle and pedestrian projects for Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall, and St. Joseph Counties in Indiana.

A draft of the proposed program of projects is available at area public libraries, MACOG’s office, or on MACOG’s website (www.macog.com/tip.html). A review and comment period on the proposed program begins on February 26, 2021, and extends until March 29, 2021. As part of the public participation process, MACOG will offer a Virtual Open House on Zoom from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on March 9, 2021. Participants can request the meeting link by calling 574-287-1829 ext. 888 or online at http://macog.com/tip.html.

The MACOG TIP fulfills requirements for and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) public involvement process. The TIP public participation process is used to satisfy the South Bend and Elkhart-Goshen Urbanized Area Section 5307 Program of Projects (POP) requirements.

Request for information or comments may be directed to 574-287-1829 ext. 888, macogdir@macog.com, or the online form http://macog.com/tip.html.
