Michiana Area Council of Governments The Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) has developed a FY 2012 - 2015 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). As part of its Public Participation Process, MACOG will offer an Open House from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday, March 23, 2011 in the MACOG office (227 W. Jefferson Blvd., Room 1120, South Bend, IN) for public review of the document. The document can be reviewed in full at www.macog.com. Written comments will be accepted through Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 4:00 PM. Portions of the FY 2012 - 2015 TIP will be provided to area libraries by Friday, March 4, 2011.
