Michiana Area Council of Governments The Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) has developed a FY 2014 – 2017 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). As part of its Public Participation Process, MACOG will offer an Open House from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday, April 17, 2013, in the MACOG Conference Room (227 W. Jefferson Blvd., Room 1120, South Bend, IN) for public review of the document. The document can be reviewed in full at www.macog.com. Written comments will be accepted through Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at 4:00 PM. Portions of the FY 2014 – 2017 TIP will be provided to area libraries by Monday, April 1, 2013.
