SYRACUSE — Michael W. “Mike” Stahly, 54, Syracuse, passed away at 4:58 a.m. March 19, 2018, at his home.
He was born March 4, 1964, in Elkhart, to Max S. and Charlene Hartz Stahly.
He attended Central High School, Elkhart; moved to Syracuse in 1981 from Elkhart; and attended Wawasee High School, Syracuse.
He was married on Oct. 2, 1982, in Syracuse, to Linda D. Ball, who survives.
He was formerly employed at Keystone RV, Goshen, for 10 years and Dutchman Manufacturing, Goshen, for 10 years.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Stahly, Syracuse; a daughter, Jade Knapp, Syracuse; three grandsons; a sister, Belinda (Butch) Bergelin, Denmark, Wis.; and two half sisters, Tammy Ware, Osceola, and Linda (Terry) Van Seggren, Denmark, Wis.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 22, at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse.
Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home, with Pastor Myron Drent of Country Bible Church officiating.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw. Burial will be at a later date in Syracuse Cemetery.
