KOKOMO – Michael G. Skidmore Jr., 39, passed away at 8:08 p.m. Dec. 20, 2013, in St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo. He was born Jan. 22, 1974, in Plymouth, to Michael W. Sr. and Carolyn Skidmore. He attended Plymouth High School, and had worked for Rozzi’s Catering in Kokomo. He loved his family and friends and would do anything for them. He loved to laugh, play pool, listen to country music and followed the Indianapolis Colts, Dallas Cowboys and Notre Dame football. Surviving are his mother, Carolyn (and spouse George) Buday, Leesburg; a brother, Matthew (and spouse Hillary) Coons, Atlanta, Ga., and their children Lexie and Harrison; a grandmother, Marjorie Bowen; and longtime friends, JoAnn Rozzi, Kokomo, and Tony Edwards, San Jose, Calif. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael W. Skidmore Sr.; grandparents, Mary and Frank Skidmore and George W. Bowen. Services will be at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home, 1100 N. Michigan St., Plymouth.
