MILFORD – Officers have arrested Richard Paul Lattea, 48, Milford, on preliminary charges of dealing meth. According to a press release from the Koscisuko County Sheriff’s Department, Lattea’s arrest stemmed from an investigation Wednesday at 9265 N. Ind. 15, Milford. Lattea had left the residence prior to officers’ arrival that day, but a request to citizens regarding information to his whereabouts eventually led to his arrest Friday. Lattea is currently being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $7,500 bond.
